The Pre-Columbian Collection

We present you with a piece of history. The Pre-columbian collection is Cienaga’s ode to the indigenous peoples of Latin America. The term Pre-columbian literally means “before the time of Columbus”. The jewelry is based on the exact designs worn by tribal leaders discovered in archeological excavations. The shapes are not to be taken for granted, they each have a particular meaning and carry with them deep inspiration and millenary wisdom.
